Dalvin Cook, who suffered a shoulder dislocation and torn labrum in Week 12, is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Steelers. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This designation comes as a bit of a surprise as there was almost no expectation that Cook would be able to suit up this week when he was initially injured. He logged a limited practice on Tuesday, but his likelihood of suiting up on Thursday still feels pretty bleak. It should be noted that he's been playing through a torn labrum in his other shoulder this season. If Cook is unable to play, expect Alexander Mattison to take on duties as the lead back. Kene Nwangwu could see some extra work, but Mattison is the back you can confidently start. If Cook is active, he's must-start due to his ceiling. Be cautious though, as he could be limited and will have a risk of reinjuring himself.
