Patriots sign Brandon Spikes to one year deal

The Patriots have signed free agent LB Brandon Spikes to a 1-year deal. Spikes spent the 2014 season Buffalo. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Brandon Spikes spent his first four years in the NFL with New England before leaving last season to play with Buffalo last season. Spikes give the Patriots depth at linebacker which will help as Jerrod Mayo and Dont'a Hightower recover from injuries. Spikes will play mostly early downs as he is a dominant run stopper but struggles in pass rush.
