Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Falcons due to a concussion. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Darnold was leveled by an Atlanta defender, causing his helmet to jostle out of place. He then landed on the ground very hard and was pulled out of the game by officials. P.J. Walker will serve as Carolina's quarterback for the remainder of the contest.
