Brandin Cooks not expected to be traded before deadline

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports the Texans aren't expected to trade WR Brandin Cooks before Tuesday's deadline. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Cooks wasn't pleased when the team traded Mark Ingram to the Saints, but Rapoport reports Texans GM Nick Caserio views Cooks as a player to build around. Cooks doesn't have the best quarterback play, of course, but the sheer volume he sees keeps him on the WR2/3 borderline in fantasy.
