Drew Brees renegotiates his contract to save cap space

Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints agreed to contract restructuring on February 6, 2021. The revised contract will save the Saints approximately $24 million in cap space they desperately need, as they have one of the worst cap situations in the league this offseason.
