Luke Falk works out for the 49ers

The #49ers are working out free-agent QB Luke Falk this morning in Santa Clara, per league source. He’ll more than likely be throwing to free-agent receivers Tavon Austin and J.J. Nelson, who are in for visits. Donte Moncrief is no longer scheduled to work out.

Fantasy Impact:

Falk was waived by the Jets in October after appearing in three games (2 starts) for the injured Sam Darnold in 2019. The 49ers currently have Jimmy Garoppolo, Nick Mullens and CJ Beathard on their roster so it's likely they are just looking to add some more depth for training camp.
