Carlos Hyde reportedly drawing interest from Philadelphia

According to NFL Insider Adam Caplan, the Philadelphia Eagles are still targeting a veteran RB, and he said on his podcast, “I’m told [Carlos] Hyde is a guy they’re targeting.” (The Philly Voice on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hyde turns 30 this year, but only has three seasons where he accumulated over 200 touches. He may still have some tread left on his tires, and he could come in to the Eagles locker room and be a great veteran presence for the young backs, Miles Sanders, Boston Scott, and Michael Warren II. The former second-round pick of the 49ers in 2014 has played six seasons in the NFL with four different teams. Last season with the Texans was one of his best, playing all 16 games as the starter, rushing for 1,070 yards and six TDs on 245 carries. He doesn’t add much in the passing game, but the Eagles figure to have that aspect covered with both Sanders and Scott. If Hyde does somehow end up in Philly, Sanders could see a slight hit to his fantasy value this season.
