Fantasy Impact:
He’ll join Patrick Mahomes, Chad Henne, and Jordan Ta’amu in the Kansas City quarterback room. Patterson was a highly recruited high school quarterback who decided to attend Ole Miss his freshman season. He played two seasons there before transferring to Michigan in 2018. In his first season with the Wolverines, Patterson threw for 2,600 yards (64.6% completion), 22 TDs and seven INTs. He threw for over 3,000 yards in 2019, but saw his completion percentage drop to 56.2%. He gets the opportunity in Kansas City to learn from Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid.
