Fantasy Impact:
Vinatieri started kicking for the Patriots in 1996, spent 10 seasons in New England before joining the Colts in 2006. He’s played in the NFL for so long that his stats year-over-year resemble the length of a CVS receipt. At 47 years old, Vinatieri is attempting to do the impossible, but is determined to keep kicking in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Colts gave k Rodrigo Blankenship a $20,000 bonus, and he’ll compete with incumbent kicker Chase McLaughlin for the starting job this upcoming season.
