Ryan Smith signs a one-year, $1.75M deal to return to Tampa Bay

CB and special-teamer Ryan Smith has signed a one-year, $1.75M deal time return to the Buccaneers. $1M is guaranteed, with the opportunity to earn up to $500,000 in incentives. (Greg Auman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The former 2016 fourth-round pick out of NC Central has been with Tampa Bay for four seasons. He played some corner in 2017 and 2018, recording 62 and 38 tackles respectively. In 2019, Smith was relegated to more of a special teams role, but thrived in that role, and has been doing so all four years with the Buccaneers. He’ll be back with the team for at least one more season.
