Fantasy Impact:
A homecoming for the former 2016 sixth-round selection out of Arizona. Parks is from Philadelphia and went to Germantown HS. He’ll look to bolster up the Eagles secondary after playing four seasons with the Broncos. The Eagles are in need of safety help after losing Malcolm Jenkins in free agency to the Saints.
