It's been reported that Jerome Simpson has signed a 2-year contract with the 49ers. Depending on what happens with Michael Crabtree and Stevie Johnson, he could possibly be the #2 receiver on the 49ers. (Cam Inman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
If Crabtree and Johnson were not on the 49ers next season, Simpson would be someone to target in the mid to late rounds. He could have some sneaky WR2/3 value.
