Cam Phillips quiet in preseason finale

Cam Phillips caught two of his three targets for 10 yards in the Bills' preseason win over the Vikings.
Fantasy Impact:
Phillips is not likely to make the final roster and should not be considered a candidate for fantasy football usage this season. Phillips could catch on somewhere else, but not likely in a meaningful role.
