Brandon Marshall released by Raiders

The Raiders have released veteran linebacker Brandon Marshall as part of their initial wave of cuts to get down to the 53-man roster. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
The move came as a bit of a surprise after Marshall signed a one-year deal via free agency to join the Raiders this offseason. Marshall had spent the previous six seasons in Denver, starting 63 games.
