Fantasy Impact:
Moncrief appears to have a leg up on James Washington for the starting role, which is great news for his fantasy value. The Steelers have a ton of production to replace with Antonio Brown now in Oakland, so expect Moncrief to start skyrocketing up draft boards as we approach August.
