Maurice Harris was not tendered an offer from Washington, meaning that he'll join the free agent market.
Fantasy Impact:
Harris made some noise in fantasy circles last season in what was an overall ineffective Washington receiving corps. With Harris moving on, Trey Quinn is expected to move into the slot in Washington and is an interesting name to watch, especially in PPR leagues.
