Aqib Talib will play Week 13

The Rams' ailing secondary will get a boost in Week 13 as cornerback Aqib Talib was activated from IR and will play for the first time since Week 3 with an ankle injury. (Adam Schefter via twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a big boost for Los Angeles, a secondary that has given up an NFL-worst 18 touchdown receptions to opposing wide receivers. It's a downgrade for Detroit's wideouts.
