Corey Coleman signs to Giants' practice squad

Former Browns' wide receiver and first-round pick Corey Coleman has been signed to the New York Giants' practice squad, according to ESPN's Jordan Raanan on Twitter. (Jordan Raanan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Coleman was released by the Browns in training camp and signed on with the Patriots' practice squad early in the season, but he was unable to stick in New England, either. He has had multiple workouts this season but did not sign anywhere until he landed with the Giants on Thursday. He is on the practice squad for now, but with the Giants recently losing Cody Latimer to injured reserve and not having a proven third wide receiver on the roster, Coleman will surely have an opportunity to be added to the 53-man roster if he impresses in practice and can learn the offensive system.
