Chase Minnifield put on IR, CB Kenny Okoro called up from practice squad

Washington Redskins CB Chase Minnifield was placed on injured reserve Saturday after suffering a concussion against Indianapolis. CB Kenny Okoro has been signed from the practice squad and will replace Minnifield on the roster. (ESPN)

This roster transaction further highlights just how thin the Redskins are at corner.The other corners active today for the team are David Amerson, Bashaud Breeland, E.J. Biggers (who is still suffering from a concussion), and rookie Greg Ducre. Things could be tough for this patchwork, banged-up cornerback unit against Tavon Austin and Stedman Bailey.
