Kendall Wright signs one-year deal with Vikings

After a single season in Chicago, former first-round wide receiver Kendall Wright will stay in the NFC North after signing a one-year deal with the Minnesota Vikings. Wright should take over slot duties for the new-look Minnesota passing attack and is a considerable upgrade from Jarius Wright. (Adam Schefter on twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
The presence of Kirk Cousins should assure there will be plenty of passed thrown in Minnesota this season, but Wright could struggle to match last season's 59 grabs as he's, at best, fifth in-line for touches behind Adam Thielen, Stefon Diggs, Kyle Rudolph, and Dalvin Cook. Wright spent some of 2017 as Chicago's WR1 but he won't be afforded the same opportunity in a stacked Vikings offense. Still, he could be worth a late look in PPR leagues that have expanded rosters.
