Darrin Walls has patellar tendon issue

Cornerback Darrin Walls has what head coach Rex Ryan described Monday as a "patellar tendon problem." Walls left Sunday's game in the first half, though he hurt the knee on the Chargers' first series. "It happened after the first long pass of the game," Ryan said. "He played through it a little bit, but we'll see how he progresses through the week." Walls only played 21 of a possible 74 snaps on Sunday. (The Star-Ledger)
Fantasy Impact:
If it wasn't for injuries, Walls would find himself lower down the cornerback pecking order. He isn't really a player you want to have or be looking at in fantasy - especially as he is part of a very shaky Jets secondary.
