Philly Brown signs with Bills

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting the Buffalo Bills have signed Corey "Philly" Brown on Tuesday. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Since Jordan Matthews is sidelined for at least the next month with a thumb injury, the Bills had a void in an already gruesome wide receiver corps. They filled it with Brown, who spent the offseason with Buffalo, but was a part of the team's final cuts. With Zay Jones and Andre Holmes slated as Buffalo's WR1 and WR2 respectively, the Bills' WR3 spot is up for grabs. Although Brown could eventually emerge in that spot, his role wouldn't be significant enough for him to garner significant fantasy consideration.
