Ryan Griffin went unclaimed through waivers and the Saints have added him to their practice squad. (New Orleans Times-Picayune)

The Saints took a risk letting Griffin free into waivers. He managed to make it through the process and the Saints' gamble paid off. Griffin flashed during preseason, making him an excellent practice squad stash.
