The Buffalo Bills have re-signed wide receiver/ kick returner Brandon Tate on Monday. (Adam Caplan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Although Tate is listed as a wide receiver, he is primarily utilized as a return specialist. The eight-year veteran accumulated 1,128 all-purpose yards while appearing in 15 games last season for Buffalo. Expect him to assume a similar role on the Bills for 2017.
