Philly Brown signs a one-year deal to join the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Brown joins new coach Sean McDermott in Buffalo while the Bills are in need of depth at WR behind Sammy Watkins. Brown could see some time as Marquise Goodwin and Robert Woods signed elsewhere. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Brown didn't provide much more than depth in Carolina but will get every chance to start opposite Sammy Watkins. Brown isn't much more than a deep league flier in re-draft leagues this season.
