D'Qwell Jackson released by Colts

Fantasy Impact:
Going on 34 and coming off a four-game suspension, the team releasing Jackson was expected for quite some time. Jackson was a reliable IDP asset for years, especially in tackle-heavy leagues, but he won't likely find a team willing to give him as many snaps as he saw with the Colts. The release opens up the possibility of linebacker Edwin Jackson or Antonio Morrison taking on an increased role in the middle of the defense.
