James Starks RULED OUT against Atlanta

Green Bay Packers running back James Starks (concussion) is officially ruled out for Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Atlanta Falcons. (Stephen Watson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Starks hasn't played since Week 14 of the regular season, after which, he sustained a concussion in a car accident the following Monday. Ty Montgomery and Christine Michael will continue to handle the running back duties in his absence Sunday at Atlanta.
