Fantasy Impact: Arnold was absent from practice on Wednesday due to an illness. He'll likely have to practice in some capacity on Friday to have a chance to play on Sunday against the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact: Glasgow opened the week missing practice on Wednesday. His return on Thursday is a good sign for his status ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact: Sewell carried a questionable designation entering the Week 2 contest, but was able to clear through pre-game warmups and will continue to fortify a stout Detroit offensive line hoping to open plenty of holes for a strong rushing attack while also keeping Jared Goff upright against the Buccaneers Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Williams has been dealing with an ankle injury throughout practice this week, but will now take the field for head coach Dan Campbell. The dynamic wideout could potentially feast against a Tampa Bay secondary ravaged by injuries to begin the season on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Williams won't play on Sunday because of an abdomen injury. It's unclear just how serious it is, and the team wants to give him all the time that he needs to recover. His absence won't have much of an impact for fantasy purposes.

Fantasy Impact: It was reported the other day that Gibbs feels almost 100% healthy ahead of Detroit's season opener on Sunday night, and the team's practice report backs that up. He was not listed on it at all, which means that he will be a full go for Week 1, barring anything unforeseen. Fantasy managers should be starting him with no reservations in what projects to be a high scoring affair.

Fantasy Impact: LaPorta is not listed on Detroit's injury report for Sunday night's game. He was previously dealing with a hamstring injury, but he has recovered from that and will be a full go for Week 1. Fantasy managers should be starting him with 100% confidence in a matchup against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Cominsky was diagnosed with a torn MCL at the end of July. He will miss at least the first four games of the season.

Fantasy Impact: Hooker will now have to clear the league’s concussion protocol before he is able to return to practice. He completed five of his nine pass attempts for 36 yards and rushed for 34 yards on four carries prior to the injury.
