Fantasy Impact: It is an upgrade for Toohill after he was a limited participant at practice on Thursday. He should be good to go for Monday's game against the Jaguars.

Fantasy Impact: Johnson missed a second straight practice. He'll have one more day to practice with the Bills playing on Monday.

Fantasy Impact: Allen logged back-to-back full practices on Thursday and Friday. He appeared to be playing through a bit of a hand injury last week, but should be good to go for Monday night.

Fantasy Impact: Bernard suffered the injury in Thursday's game against the Dolphins. It is unclear if he will land on the IR.

Fantasy Impact: Johnson was limited at practice earlier this week because of a knee injury, but he has recovered well and carries no injury designation ahead of Thursday night's game. He will be available to play, but he is unlikely to see much work behind James Cook and Ray Davis.

Fantasy Impact: Smoot was considered doubtful heading into the week after missing the season opener against the Cardinals. He will now focus on using the extra time in between games to return in Week 3 against Jacksonville.

Fantasy Impact: Samuel has been battling turf toe for the past few weeks, but he is now off of the injury report and good to go for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. He has upside as a bench stash in deeper league formats.

Fantasy Impact: A knee injury left Trubisky limited in practice earlier in the week, but he has recovered from it and will be good to go for Sunday's game. He likely won't see the field against Arizona, barring a blowout or an injury to Josh Allen.

Fantasy Impact: Morris has been dealing with a shoulder injury since a preseason game with the Steelers. It appears the Bills’ TE3 will be ready to go against the Cardinals in Week 1.

Fantasy Impact: McDermott said that he believes Valdes-Scantling is nearing a return from what he's heard from the Bills' trainers, though the coach would not commit to the WR's Week 1 availability. The veteran wideout is dealing with a kneck sprain he suffered in Week 2 of the NFL preseason and is currently considered week-to-week. Valdes-Scantling is expected to have a role in the offense as a deep threat, likely filling some of the role left behind by Gabe Davis, though it may be a more important real-football role than a fantasy-conducive one.

Fantasy Impact: Hamlin is down with a hamstring injury. He'll have the next few weeks to get fully healthy for the start of the season.


Buffalo Bills LB Matt Milano suffered a torn bicep and will be out indefinitely. (Source: Cover 1 on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Milano will undergo surgery for his injury. The hope is that he can return late in the season, possibly in December, though he may not be available for a return until the playoffs. After missing much of the 2023 season due to injury as well (leg fracture), this is a significant blow for a Buffalo defense that lost multiple key pieces over the offseason.

Fantasy Impact: Claypool impressed the Bills in OTAs, but will now be out of action due to a toe injury. He will likely reach a settlement with the Bills to be removed from injured reserve so he can sign with a team when healthy.

Fantasy Impact: Buechele is expected to miss an extended amount of time as a result of the injury. Buffalo may have to sign another quarterback as a result.

Fantasy Impact: Thompson suffered the injury in the Bills preseason game this past weekend. He'll look to return to practice at some point later in the month.

Fantasy Impact: Hollins signed a deal with the Bills earlier in the offseason. He figures to hold a depth role in the wide receiver room for Buffalo when healthy.

Fantasy Impact: Shorter is competing for a depth role on the Bills’ roster, but has had trouble staying healthy. After missing the entire 2023 season, he will need to return to training camp healthy to carve out a role.

Fantasy Impact: Isabella was carted off the field Monday with an apparent leg injury. He is competing for a depth role with the Bills, but could keep a roster spot as a special teamer.

Fantasy Impact: It is not clear what the specific injury was that Collins suffered. There should be an update on his status when available.

Fantasy Impact: Bishop suffered the injury during Tuesday's practice. The rookie was competing to be a starting safety for the Bills in training camp, so it a tough break for him.
