Fantasy Impact: Board can earn up to $6 million as part of the deal. He recorded one sack last season with the Ravens and should hold a role in both the pass and run game for the Giants defense.

The Texans re-signed LB Jake Hansen to a one-year, $1.7 million contract.

Fantasy Impact: Hansen can earn up to $2 million. He will likely continue to hold a primary role on special teams.

Fantasy Impact: Daniels will add experience to the interior of the offensive line for Miami. He is working his way back from an Achilles tear he suffered last September.

The Dolphins agreed to terms with OT Larry Borom.

Fantasy Impact: Borom previously played a depth role on the Bears offensive line. He'll play in a similar role for Miami on its offensive line.

The Lions re-signed OT Dan Skipper to a one-year contract.

Fantasy Impact: Skipper will continue to add depth on the offensive line for Detroit.
