Fantasy Impact: Douglas spent the past five-plus years as the general manager for the Jets. They are 3-8 to start this season as many things have gone wrong for them. The Jets were 30-64 during his time as the GM. Coach Robert Saleh was also fired earlier this season.

The Cowboys' D/ST logged one sack and one interception while allowing 28 points in Monday night's loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Dallas' defense did not play well on Monday night. They logged one sack and one interception, but they allowed Houston's offense to score 28 points en route to a comfortable win. They also allowed Joe Mixon to total 150+ yards and three touchdowns, and fantasy managers should be looking to start running backs who get to matchup against Dallas' defense in the near future.

Brandon Aubrey went 1-of-2 on field goal attempts and made his lone extra point attempt in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Dallas struggled heavily on Monday night, and Aubrey was no exception to that. He missed one of his two field goal attempts against Houston, and he was only able to total four points on the night. Fantasy managers shouldn't have high expectations for him moving forward.

Luke Schoonmaker hauled in 6-of-10 targets for 56 yards in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Jake Ferguson left Monday night's game early with a concussion, and that left Schoonmaker with a lot of opportunities for the Cowboys. He was targeted ten times over the course of the night, which turned into six receptions for 56 yards. He could see increased involvement in Week 12 if Ferguson has to miss a game.

KaVontae Turpin caught three passes for 86 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Turpin saw just three targets on Monday, but he was able to make the most out of them. He totaled 86 yards and a touchdown over the course of the night, which led to a pretty good fantasy total. Still, fantasy managers shouldn't consider rostering him with Cooper Rush at the helm for the Cowboys.

Ezekiel Elliott rushed the ball one time for eight yards and caught three passes for 16 yards in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: The team recently made the decision to make Rico Dowdle their clear-cut RB1, so Elliott wasn't given many opportunities on Monday night. He caught three passes, but he rushed the ball just one time, which doesn't bode well for his future fantasy value if he continues to see so little opportunities. Fantasy managers shouldn't bother rostering him for the time being.

Jalen Tolbert caught 2-of-5 targets for 21 yards in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Tolbert wasn't able to do much on Monday. He caught just two passes over the course of the game, which led to just 21 yards overall and a poor fantasy total. He will continue to struggle for however long Cooper Rush continues to start for the Cowboys.

Rico Dowdle rushed the ball ten times for 28 yards and caught two passes for six yards in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Dowdle did not perform well on Monday night. He totaled 28 yards on the ground on just 2.8 yards per carry, and he wasn't able to make up for that in any other areas of the game. He will continue to struggle for however long Dallas' offense as a whole continues to struggle.

CeeDee Lamb caught 8-of-12 targets for 93 yards in Monday night's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Lamb was able to pull out a nice performance on Monday night, despite catching passes from Cooper Rush. He led the team with 93 receiving yards on the night, and his eight receptions was a significant boost in PPR formats. His ceiling is lower than it used to be with Dak Prescott (hamstring) set to miss the remainder of the season, but he should continue to be started in all league formats moving forward.

Cooper Rush completed 32-of-55 passing attempts for 354 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Impact: Rush logged just 45 passing yards as Dallas' starter last week, but he was much better this week and totaled 354 yards through the air. He was able to score once, but the Cowboys still never had much of a shot at winning. Dak Prescott (hamstring) is set to remain out for the rest of the season, so fantasy managers should be expecting more out of Rush moving forward.

The Texans' D/ST logged five sacks, one interception, one recovered fumble, and a touchdown while allowing just ten points in Monday night's win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Houston's defense had an amazing performance on Monday night. They logged five sacks and two turnovers on the night, including a fumble recovery that they were able to return for a touchdown. This unit is very good and has great matchups against the Titans and Jaguars coming down the pipeline for the next two games.

Ka'imi Fairbairn made both of his field goal attempts and converted 4-of-4 extra point attempts in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Fairbairn did his job on Monday night. He made all six of his kicks in the team's win over Dallas, which left him with a total of ten points on the night. Fantasy managers should be well pleased with this performance from the veteran.

Dameon Pierce rushed the ball one time for two yards in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: There was nothing to hear out of Pierce on Monday. He saw just one touch over the course of the game, as opposed to Joe Mixon, who saw 22 touches and turned that into 150+ yards and three touchdowns. Pierce has no standalone fantasy value for the foreseeable future.

John Metchie III caught three passes for 33 yards in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Nico Collins made his return to the lineup on Monday night, so Metchie wasn't able to follow up on the nice performance that he had in Week 10. He caught just three passes on the night, and C.J. Stroud wasn't looking his way all that much. He will remain off of the fantasy radar unless someone ahead of him on the depth chart goes down.

Dalton Schultz hauled in 5-of-7 targets for 33 yards in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Schultz saw good involvement on Monday night. He led the team in receptions in a win over the Cowboys, but he wasn't able to do much beyond that. It's encouraging to see a strong target share from him, but fantasy managers shouldn't be expecting him to play a primary role in the passing game with Nico Collins back and on the field for Houston.

Tank Dell caught four passes for 54 yards in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Dell had a solid night on Monday. He totaled 54 yards on four catches, and while that didn't lead to much success from a fantasy standpoint, he performed well enough to not put up a stinker. His fantasy value is set to decrease with Nico Collins now back in the lineup for Houston.

Nico Collins caught 4-of-7 targets for 54 yards in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Monday marked Collins' first game back from a hamstring injury that recently left him sidelined for a good chunk of the season. He played okay and led the team in receiving yards, but the offense was more focused on the running game against Dallas, which didn't do him any favors. Fantasy managers should expect him to be one of the best wide receivers over the back half of the season, if he can stay healthy.

Joe Mixon rushed the ball 20 times for 109 yards and three touchdowns and caught two passes for 44 yards in Monday night's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: Mixon was absolutely dominant on Monday night. He totaled over 150 yards on the night and scored three touchdowns on the ground en route to an easy win over the Cowboys. He has been elite when healthy so far this year, and he is in the conversation for overall RB1 for the rest of the season if he can stay healthy.

C.J. Stroud completed 23-of-34 passing attempts for 257 yards and an interception in Monday's 34-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact: The Texans were able to pick up an easy win over the Cowboys on Monday, but Stroud didn't find much success on an individual level. He didn't score a touchdown over the course of the game, and that combined with his interception left him with an underwhelming fantasy total. Fantasy managers should expect him to perform better in the near future with Nico Collins back in the lineup for Houston.

Fantasy Impact: Ferguson caught his lone target for 11 yards prior to exiting with a concussion. He will now enter the league’s concussion protocol heading into Week 12.
