Fantasy Impact

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. His only purpose will be as a hustle guy off the bench in a fairly crowded frontcourt with Al Jefferson, Cody Zeller, Frank Kaminsky and Spencer Hawes. He will be used the most at PF, where he'll rotate with Kaminsky and Zeller. It'd be largely surprising if he got more than 20 minutes per game and, even when he's on the floor, he will receive few opportunities on offense. He has no fantasy value.

Tyler Hansbrough had one foul and no other stats in 12 minutes during the Raptors' crushing defeat at the hands of the Wizards.

Fantasy Impact

Amir Johnson did substantially more in just 19 minutes off the pine with 10 points and five boards. If Dwane Casey is smart, Amir Johnson will start on Friday for Game 3. Hansbrough is a completely unreliable daily fantasy option.

The Toronto Raptors improved to 46-32 following a 92-74 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday. Tyler Hansbrough played a key role, scoring 12 points and grabbing 12 rebounds in 37 minutes of action.

Fantasy Impact

Though averaging only 3.5 points in 13.5 minutes per game this season, Hansbrough has been more productive of late. He's averaging 8.4 points and 6.8 rebounds over the past five games. The double-double on Wednesday was his second of the season.

Tyler Hansbrough erupted for 18 points in 18 minutes of action against the Knicks, finishing 7-of-8 from the field while adding five rebounds and one turnover.

Fantasy Impact

Hansbrough scored more points on Sunday than he has the three previous contests combined. While this performance was certainly impressive compared to his averages, he should be left in the free agent pool indefinitely as this is unlikely to be repeated.

After misfiring 15 times, our beloved Psycho-T finally hit his first shot from beyond the NBA arc. Despite achieving this monumental milestone, Hansbrough was unable to carry the Raptors pass the surging Charlotte squad. Realistically, Tyler Hansbrough should not be on anybody's fantasy roster.
