Availability
Tony Allen has been officially waived by the Bulls on Friday. As expected, Allen will be able to sign on with a contender and could perhaps sign with the Cavaliers.
Fantasy Impact
Allen isn't a fantasy option anyway so leave hi m on the waiver wire.
Tony Allen, Jameer Nelson, and Omer Asik have been traded to the Bulls in exchange for Nikola Mirotic.
Fantasy Impact
Allen has missed most of the season due to injury and Darius Miller has been excellent filling in for him behind E'Twaun Moore. Allen doesn't have a chance to provide fantasy value in Chicago either.
Tony Allen suffered a setback with his knee injury and will miss at least another two weeks and up to a month of action. Allen hasn't played since December 10th, a game where he played only one minute. Darius Miller and newly signed DeAndre Liggins will pick up minutes.
Fantasy Impact
With Allen out, Liggins, Miller and Dante Cunningham will pick up minutes and value with Miller the best option of the three in DFS leagues. E'Twaun Moore remains a solid add in 12-team leagues with Allen out and Solomon Hill still on IR.
Tony Allen will miss at least three or four weeks due to non-displaced fracture in his left fibula. Allen has been pushed out of the rotation by Darius Miller who will pick up more minutes in his absence.
Fantasy Impact
Miller got the start over the injured Anthony Davis and Dante Cunningham but you figure Miller, Ian Clark, and Cunningham to all benefit. Miller is worth a shot in 12-team leagues.
Tony Allen has been ruled out for Monday versus the Houston Rockets due to a left knee injury. Darius Miller will see more run for the veteran on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
Miller is a better option than Allen at this point as Allen has been pushed to defensive specialist duties in New Orleans. Leave Allen on the waiver wire.
