Ryan Kelly has been waived by the Rockets on Friday.
Fantasy Impact
Kelly will look to sign on with another team during camp but will remain off the fantasy radar.
Ryan Kelly has been traded from the Hawks to the Rockets for cash considerations and then immediately shipped to the Clippers in the CP3 deal.
Fantasy Impact
Kelly could find himself a role with the Clippers who are going to try to work in younger talent to their roster. Sam Dekker is a better fantasy option than Kelly.
Ryan Kelly has signed on with the Hawks for the rest of the 2016-2017 season. Kelly has played mostly in the D-league this season and is unlikely to see minutes with Ersan Ilyasova now in Atlanta.
Fantasy Impact
Kelly isn't a fantasy asset but provides depth for the Hawks down the stretch. It wouldn't be a surprise to see him sent down to the D-league or waived.
Ryan Kelly had a rough time of it Wednesday night, missing all three shots in 17 minutes as he was held scoreless in a 113-105 overtime loss to the Bucks.
Fantasy Impact
After providing good value for daily fantasy teams last season, Ryan Kelly hasn't shown any those flashes this season. So far, he's averaging just 3 points and two rebounds in nearly 20 minutes per game.
Ryan Kelly is still returning to form after a torn hamstring derailed the start to the season, but did make his only shot and pull down six rebounds in just 12 minutes of action during a 114-89 loss to the Clippers on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
The Lakers currently have six big men fighting for minutes at two positions. None of them have separated from the pack, so it all depends on the hot hand or a gut feeling from coach Byron Scott. Kelly was a regular contributor to daily fantasy teams last season, but is someone to avoid for now as his minutes just aren't there yet.
