With Andrew Bogut ruled out with an injury for the rest of the season and Chris Anderson traded to Charlotte who was also out with injury, the Cavaliers needed another big to add to their thin frontcourt. If the Cavaliers sign Sanders he would likely take some time to get into game shape and even then would only see a few minutes off the bench. He is not worth fantasy consideration in any format.
