Free agent F Jarrod Uthoff is signing with the Washington Wizards for the remainder of the 2019-20 NBA season.

Uthoff last played for the Grizzlies G League team this season, averaging 19 points, 10.7 rebounds, and three assists on his way to earning All-NBA G League First Team. He can get up and down the court and stretch the floor for a guy his size. The Wizards and other NBA teams will now get a good, hard look at Uthoff ahead of the 2020-21 campaign. He’s likely to play a solid allotment of minutes in the eight games the Wizards are scheduled to play in July and August.
