The big man surprisingly saw 30 minutes of action on Monday night. He was effective in that time, leading the second unit in scoring while also contributing well in other areas of the game. He won't see much work whenever Joel Embiid (knee) makes his return to Philadelphia's rotation.

Yabusele has been getting into games of late with the Celtics hurting up front with Aron Baynes out and Al Horford on a minutes restriction. But the second year player is not seeing enough time to be worth owning in fantasy leagues.

Coach Brad Stevens said Guerschon Yabusele suffered "bad" ankle sprain and "will be out a while," A. Sherrod Blakely of NBC Sports Boston reports.

Fantasy Impact

Yabusele has mostly been playing with Maine in the G-League as he is deep on the depth chart for the Celtics. Yabusele really should only be owned by fantasy owners in dynasty formats.

Guerschon Yabusele scored three points on 1-for-3 shooting with three rebounds, one three-pointer and one assist over a career-high 10 minutes in Wednesday's 102-91 win over the Hornets.

Fantasy Impact

Yabusele got to see some playing time with injuries to Jaylen Brown, Marcus Morris and Semi Ojeleye on Wednesday. The rookie big man is a project and will see more time in the G league than in the NBA. He is someone to look at in Dynasty leagues but is not worth owning in any other format.

Guerschon Yabusele has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Cavaliers. The Celtics are thin at PF with Marcus Morris also out. Jayson Tatum will start at PF with Semi Ojeleye and Daniel Theis picking up a couple minutes. Expect Gordon Hayward to play some four.

Tatum is worth a look in DFS as a cheap flier with Morris out. Hayward also sees a boost with Morris and Yabusele out.
