Elie Okobo (ankle) questionable for Tuesday's game against the 76ers

Elie Okobo is listed as questionable for the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Okobo has not played during the NBA restart, as he is dealing with a sprained ankle.

Fantasy Impact

Okobo has played a small bench role with the Suns this season and he will probably return to that role when he is able to play again. Okobo is a good depth piece for the Suns, but he is not going to be very useful in any fantasy lineup.

Elie Okobo ruled out for Saturday

Elie Okobo has been ruled out for Phoenix's Saturday game against the Miami Heat with a sprained right ankle.

Fantasy Impact

Okobo hasn't appeared in a game since the restart so this doesn't really affect the Suns' backcourt depth. Cameron Payne and Jevon Carter have been spelling Ricky Rubio as Phoenix is a perfect 4-0 in Orlando.

Elie Okobo (ankle) listed as out Thursday

Suns guard Elie Okobo is listed as out for Thursday's game against the Pacers due to an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact

After arriving late to the NBA campus it appears the second-year guard is dealing with an ankle problem. Okobo doesn't typically see much playing time and even when he is healthy he will compete with Ty Jerome and Jevon Carter for backup point guard minutes behind Ricky Rubio.

Elie Okobo not currently with the Suns in Orlando

Elie Okobo is not currently with the Phoenix Suns for personal reasons.

Fantasy Impact

Apparently the absence can be attributed to personal reasons and not a positive coronavirus test, which is a good sign. Okobo is expected to rejoin the team at a later date. Once he is back he will compete with Ty Jerome and Jevon Carter for backup point guard duties behind Ricky Rubio.

Elie Okobo underwhelms in rare start

Elie Okobo scored 0 points (0-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds, and three assists in 22 minutes of action during the Suns' 123-110 loss to the Hawks.

Fantasy Impact

Coach Monty Williams moved Devin Booker to point guard on Tuesday, with Ricky Rubio missing the game due to personal reasons, which gave Okobo room in the starting lineup. The result wasn't a good game by Okobo who has shot just 39.1 percent during January, including three games where Okobo didn't make a shot. With Rubio returning to the team on Thursday, Okobo should return to his bench role.
