The Brooklyn Nets and coach Jacque Vaughn have agreed on a multi-year contract extension.

Vaughn has done a tremendous job this season handling a number of different situations with the Nets team, most recently the transition from Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving to now a more balanced team. The Nets are currently the No. 5 seed in the East and will look to hang in long enough to avoid the play-in tournament.
