Damyean Dotson provided 17 points (7-9 FG, 3-5 3PT), one board, three assists, and four turnovers in Sunday night's defeat to Brooklyn.
Fantasy Impact
Dotson's 17 points were the most he's registered in a game since January 9th. He had a string of double-digit scoring performances throughout January, but was never really able to catch fire the rest of the season. Dotson did average 10.7 points per contest back with the Knicks in 2018, so perhaps he could regain some fantasy value if he falls into the right situation next year.
Damyean Dotson chipped in 14 points (6-14 FG, 2-7 3PT), three rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block, and one turnover in Monday night's loss to Memphis.
Fantasy Impact
Dotson ultimately got the nod in place of Collin Sexton, who was ruled out last minute with his ankle injury still bothering him. Fantasy managers who plugged him in enjoyed another decent performance, but Sexton will likely be ready as soon as next game, thus sending Dotson back to the bench.
Damyean Dotson amassed 21 points (8-17 FG, 2-7 3PT, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, eight assists, one steal, and one block in Saturday night's loss to the Bucks.
Fantasy Impact
With Collin Sexton and Darius Garland sidelined again, Dotson drew another start and absolutely delivered. His 21 points and eight dimes were both season-highs. Despite the strong offensive performance, he's only worth deploying in lineups when both Sexton and Garland are out.
Damyean Dotson is questionable heading into the Cavaliers' bout against the Grizzlies, as he is dealing with a sprained ankle suffered in Wednesday’s match against the Magic.
Fantasy Impact
With Collin Sexton being questionable and Darius Garland, along with several other teammates being out, Dotson is essentially the Cavaliers' last man standing. The team has a significantly depleted back-court and would be in a less than ideal situation heading into tonight's match against the Grizzlies. If Sexton is downgraded to out for tonight’s contest, Dotson could be an intriguing flier option in DFS formats especially given tonight’s small slate.
Damyean Dotson contributed 16 points (6-10 FG, 3-6 3PT, 1-2 FT), one rebound, two assists, one steal, and one turnover in Monday's loss to the Magic.
Fantasy Impact
The Cavaliers lost by 20 points tonight, but Dotson filled in nicely for Darius Garland. He is worth an add in deeper formats if he draws another start on Wednesday in a rematch with Orlando.
