Fantasy Impact:
After spending the first few years of his career in New York, Toppin saw his minutes increase as a member of the Pacers. He saw a career high in minutes, points, assists, and rebounds per game last season, to name a few stats. He may not be the biggest signing and the price tag might come as a bit of a surprise to some, but he’s a capable bench player for the up and coming Pacers and gives them stability going into the 2024-25 season.
