Victor Wembanyama scored 30 points (11-21 FG, 4-5 3P, 4-7 FT) with 13 rebounds, two assists, three steals, and six blocks in the Spurs' 122-119 loss to the Lakers on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
It was a tough loss for the young struggling Spurs team. Wembanyama put on a clinic both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball, showcasing exactly why he was the unanimous 1st overall pick of the 2023 NBA draft. Ultimately it wasn't enough to overcome the Lakers experiences and star power of Anthony Davis, but it was still a promising showing by Wemby and crew.
