Danny Granger scores season-high 18 points
by Jonathan Ebanks | Sun, Dec 28th 5:08pm EST
Miami Heat SF Danny Granger doubled his prior season-high in scoring on Saturday, by dropping 18 points (seven-of-10 shooting, two-of-five from outside) on the Grizzlies during the Heat's 103-95 loss. In 28 minutes off the bench, Granger also added three rebounds and nothing else.
Fantasy Impact:
This is the most Granger has scored in the last 72 games he's played in. He missed 152 games to injuries in that span. Granger looks like he is healthy out there, and while he'll likely never get back to being the dominant shooter and shot-blocker he used to be, he could prove to be a highly useful asset to the Heat off the bench.
