Jeff Withey signs with Mavericks

Jeff Withey has agreed to a one-year deal with the Mavericks on Friday. Withey seems to be a backup in place just in case Nerlens Noel doesn't return to the team. At this time, Noel is likely to return to Dallas so his minutes so be minimal. (Shams Charania on Twitter)
