Rob Manfred fully anticipates baseball will return this season

In a letter to baseball operations personnel on Monday, commissioner Rob Manfred said that he "fully anticipates baseball will return this season." Additionally, 18 MLB teams have pledged to pay baseball-ops employees through May.
