Astros reliever Nivaldo Rodriguez made his 2021 debut on Tuesday against the Tigers, allowing just one hit (a home run) over three innings.
Fantasy Impact
The game was already close to being out of hand when Rodriguez entered, but it was still nice to see him go the distance in his first relief outing of the year. Recently promoted from the alternate site, he added three strikeouts in the loss, though he did walk two batters as well.
