Taylor has been a strong defensive outfielder for the Nationals for many seasons, but he hasn't hit at a consistent clip at the plate. Still, he has enough power and speed potential to be worth a gamble for small-market KC. Taylor won't enter the 2021 season as a fantasy factor, though.

While it wasn't a huge breakout game for Taylor, two hits and two steals with an added run scored is certainly encouraging. Dusty Baker will have the Nationals run wild all over aging catcher AJ Pierzynski this series, cementing Michael A. Taylor as a solid option this week.
