The 18-year-old was tearing up rookie ball this summer, hitting .333/.394/.575 with six homers and two stolen bases in 32 games. Perez isn't considered a top 100 prospect on national lists just yet, but he's an extremely exciting player to stash in dynasty leagues. Perez is still very young, but the ceiling is sky-high here. It might be worth getting in on him early.
