Phelps enjoyed an impressive 15-year professional career, 10 of which were spent in the big leagues. The right-hander made 300 of his 367 career appearances out of the bullpen, working to a rock-solid 3.80 ERA/3.87 FIP in that time. Phelps certainly goes out on a high note after crafting a 2.83 ERA/3.16 FIP across 65 appearances with the Blue Jays in 2022.

Phelps finishes the 2021 season with a 0.87 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, and 15 strikeouts across 10 1/3 innings.
