Adames' performance should be attributed to the nine runs that were scored by the Rockies, but the double and two RBI were a pleasant surprise. This was Adames' second multi-hit and second multi-RBI game of the season for the offensively challenged SS. Expect Trevor Story to be back in the lineup tonight, but Adames has never faced Shelby Miller, the starter for the Diamondbacks on Saturday, and has a .711 OPS this season.

Adames is starting at shortstop for Trevor Story and batting second against the Pirates' Juan Nicasio.
